Happy St. Paddy’s Day to You!
It’s St. Patrick’s Day here in Snowmass Village and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. The sun is out, the snow is soft and slushy, and people everywhere are showing their St. Paddy’s Day spirit by sporting green or otherwise festive attire. The line up for today is a great one, and in Snowmass Village we have something guaranteed to be fun for everyone, whether young in age or young at heart!
Here is the St. Patrick’s Day Schedule of events:
• 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Lucky Leprechaun adult scavenger hunt and kid’s hidden treasure boxes at Snowmass Ski area.
• Noon to 4 p.m. — Kids entertainment and face painting – Jammin’ Jim, Penny the Clown, characters and more
• 1 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. — El Jebel Band – professional Irish march
• 1:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. — Colorado West Celtic Dancers – traditional Irish dancers
• 1:45 p.m. to 2 p.m.— El Jebel Shrine Bag Pipe Band – professional Irish march
• 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. — Colorado West Celtic Dancers – traditional Irish dancers
• 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. — Castle Rock Celts – traditional Celtic music
• 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Redeem scavenger hunt prizes (in front of ticket pavilion)
• 3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. — El Jebel Shrine Pipe Band – professional Irish March
• 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. — Castle Rock Celts – traditional Celtic music
• 4:30 p.m. to close — Party at Snowmass bars and restaurants in the Mall and Base Village
