At Incline Ski and Board shop in Aspen and Snowmass, we have a highly diverse group of talented individuals on our team. We come from all over the globe and all walks of life.  More importantly, we love what we do!  Skiing and snowboarding are not just a passion but a way of life and it shows! Whether you are looking for just the right ski boot or the perfect stash on the mountain, our team is here for you!

Johnny "Air" Henschel

About: If I'm not working you can find me searching out powder stashes in the Bowl, stalking trout in our local rivers, chasing Elk in the high county, paddling a boat down the Roaring Fork River or hanging out with my wife and daughter, Lila.

Mike Bower

About:  Hailing from a mighty, frost bitten, mead drinking, mighty race of lore. Mike (aka Sven), comes to Incline with fire in his eyes and emulsion in his blood. Armed with files and scrapers the likes of which the world has never seen and riding a mighty green beast known as "Wintersteiger".  He has been blessed with the gifts of ski tuning and is humbly at your service.

About:  I've worked at Incline for 16 years.  I'm aspiring to be a ripping skier, avid guitar player, and overall gnarly mountain man.  I enjoy backpacking and hiking with my wife, Cindy, and our husky, Powder.

About: A Jersey girl who found a home in Colorado. In the winter you will find me on the hill and during the summer I love hiking, rafting, camping, and coaching lacrosse.  In the shop I love playing 'name that tune' with johnny big air, watching Georgetown basketball beat Syracuse and Marquette, and most of all- short stack Wednesdays!!
